Hotel Policies

1. Reservations
   All bookings are processed via Hotelogix. A valid payment method (credit/debit card, UPI etc.) is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Check-in & Check-out
   Check-in: 12:00 PM
   Check-out: 11:00 AM

   Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & No-show Policy
   Free cancellation up to 24 hours before Check-in Time.
   Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.

4. Payment
   Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan. Additional charges (e.g. room service) must be settled at check-out.

5. ID Requirement
   All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. (DL, Aadhar, Passport)

6. Guests & Visitors
   Guests & Visitors are not allowed in the rooms.

7. Smoking
   Smoking is not allowed in any room. Smoking is only allowed outdoors and in designated areas of the property

8. Property Policy
   Damage to property or violation of hotel policies may result in penalties or eviction without refund.

9. Privacy & Data
   Your personal data is handled securely through Hotelogix in compliance with data protection regulations.

10. Guest Profile: Primary Guest: should be at least 18 years of age. Pets: Not Allowed. Groups: Male only groups not allowed.
